Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • International orders

Returns

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by My Epiphani.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Upon review, we may offer:

  • Store credit

Product Usage

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been:

All international sales are final.
